    The SHOP! MARKETING AWARDS, organized by the SHOP! East Asia Cooperation Organization (SHOP!eaco), is an internationally recognized accolade in the field of retail marketing. As a core pillar of the SHOP! AWARDS, it has been celebrating outstanding retail marketing campaigns worldwide since the association's founding in 1936, earning a reputation as a benchmark in the retail marketing industry.

  • 2.Why should I participate in the SHOP! Vibespace Awards?

    Participating in the SHOP! Vibespace Awards will provide you with the opportunity to showcase outstanding design on a global stage. It is a clear affirmation of your exceptional work and ensures wide recognition in the design community, both online and in print. Through participation, you can compare your work with top competitors and gain valuable feedback from internationally renowned design experts.

  • 3.What are the benefits of participating in the SHOP! MARKETING AWARDS?

    By participating, you can gain industry honors and substantial commercial benefits. These include the opportunity to get global exposure, low-cost overseas visibility, relations with other professionals, and authoritative endorsement, etc.

  • 4.Is Chinese description accepted?

    Yes we accept description in Chinese or English.

  • 5.Which time zone is the deadline based on?

    For example, if the deadline is September 30, it means the deadline ends at 11:59 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT) on September 30.

  • 6.Can I submit a series of products at once?

    Yes. A series can be submitted as one entry.

  • 7.Do I need to submit digital materials for judging only?

    We hope to make this award more eco-friendly, so we adopts online judging. That means you only need to provide digital materials to participate.

  • 8.How to choose the appropriate competition category?

    Please choose according to the existing categories. If you cannot find the most suitable category, you can choose "Other". We will allocate your entry to the correct category. If the wrong category is selected, we may change it for you during the screening process to ensure your entry is placed in the correct category and judged by the corresponding jury.

FEES & PAYMENTS

  • 1.How to pay fees?

    The fees for the SHOP! Vibespace Awards include the registration fee and the Winners' Package fee (if applicable). During the submission process, the system will guide you to complete payments online via credit card, and then a corresponding invoice will be sent to your account.

  • 2.Do I need to pay for the Winners' Package?

    If your entry wins an award, you must select and pay for the corresponding Winners' Package. This fee is mandatory for all winners.

  • 3.Can I pay in other currencies?

    Unfortunately, we currently only accept payments in USD. If this poses any inconvenience, please contact our service team for assistance.

  • 4.Can I order additional certificates, trophies, or ceremony tickets after winning?

    If you have purchased the Winners Package and wish to add trophies, certificates, or awards ceremony tickets, please email us. Please note that this add-on service is exclusively available to participants who have already purchased the Winners Package.Trophy: USD 400 each;Awards ceremony ticket: USD 75 each;Prices are subject to annual adjustment; final pricing will be confirmed via official email notification.

  • 5.Can I attend the awards ceremony if I don’t win?

    Yes, you can. Please contact us via email to purchase ceremony tickets.

  • 6.Where can I download the Winner Label after winning?

    You can download the Winner Label, Winner Label usage guidelines, digital certificates, and digital yearbook from your account backend.

  • 7.Are fees refundable?

    No. All payments are strictly non-refundable after submission.

  • 8.What if my entry is disqualified?

    Disqualification doesn't qualify for refunds.

  • 9.Can I transfer fees to next year?

    No. Fees apply only to the current awards cycle.
